i have the right to decline any commissions!!

FOR ALL COMMISSION TYPES EXCEPT CUSTOMS:
you MUST provide me an unshaded, fullbody reference image. changes to the design or an incomplete ref may result in an upcharge
(if you want to provide a certain outfit thats not in the ref i wont upcharge for that unless its super complex!)

-i take payment upfront,
through USD. currently through invoice on paypal OR a ko-fi donation only

-commissions are non refundable AFTER i have already started them. partial refunds can be negotiated IF the work is not yet finished. ETA is dependent on my current queue and workload (i am a full time student) so please ask!

-if i have not yet started the piece i am able to fully refund you, do not chargeback through paypal, i will return the funds to you myself

-if you request a paypal chargeback at any point while the work was not up for full refund you will lose all rights/ownership to the commissioned piece. i will have the full rights to it and to profit from it. i keep screenshots of all commissioner conversations, which i will supply as evidence to paypal for the dispute. you will be blacklisted and not allowed to commission me again, if not resolved i will publicly post about the incident.

-unless you as the commissioner requests otherwise, i am allowed to post the finished piece on social media and use it in my portfolio or commission examples

-my commissions are not for commercial use & please do not claim the work as your own

-my commissions are not your bases, please do not completely modify or recolor my linework. small changes are ok, changing aspects of the design of an adopt or custom is also ok!

-i need a point of contact with you because i will be sending WIPs throughout! wherever you are able to respond quickly, (discord, twitter, instagram, etc.) is preferred!

-i make and post personal art between commissions frequently. if this bothers you, you should find a different artist!
